What Is Durood e Taj?
The meaning of Durood e Taj (Crown) is to send blessing upon the master,owner of the crown and the beloved of ALLAH, our Holy Prophet (SAW)and his family. This Durood is written by Sheikh Abu Bakr Salim.
Durood is a common prayer which every Muslim recite to send blessing on our Holy Prophet (S.A.W)
Durood e Taj In Arabic:
اللّٓھُمّٓ صٓلٌِ عٓلٓی سٓیٌِدِنٓا وٓمٓوْلٓانٓا مُحَمَّدِِ صٓاحِبِ التّٓاجِ وٓالْمِعْرٓجِ وٓالْبُرٓاقِ وٓالْعٓلٓمِ دٓافِعِ الْبٓلٓاَءِ وٓالْوٓبٓاَءِ وٓالْقٓحْطِ وٓالْمٓرٓضِ وٓالْأٓلٓمِ اِسْمُہُ مٓکْتُوبٗ مٓرْفُوعُ مٓشْفُوعُ مٓنْقُوشُ فِیی اللّٓوْحِ وٓالْقٓلٓمِ سٓیّـِدِ الْعٓرٓبِ وٓالْعٓجٓمِ جِسْمُـہُ مُقٓدٓسُ مُعٓطّٓرُ مُطٓھّٓرُ مُنٓوّٓرُ فِیی الًبٓیًتِ وٓالًحٓرٓمِ شٓمْسِ الضُحٓ بٓدْرِ الدُّجٓی صٓدْرِ الْعُلٓی نُورِ الًھُدٓی کٓھًفِ الًوٓرٓی مِصًبٓاحِ الظُّلٓمِ جٓمِیلِ الشِ٘یٓمِ شٓفِیعِ الْأُ مٓمِ صٓاحِبِ الًجُودِ وٓالًکٓرٓمِ وٓاللّٓہُ عٓصِمُہُ وٓجِبْرِیلُ خٓادِمُہُ وٓالْبُرٓاقُ مٓرْکٓبُہُ وٓالْمِعْرٓاجُ سٓفٓرُہُ وسِدّرٓتُ الْمُنْتٓھٓی مٓقٓامُہُ وٓقٓابٓ قٓوْسٓیْنِ مٓطْلُوبُہُ وٓالْمٓطْلُوبُ مٓقْصُودُہُ وٓالْمٓقْصُودُ مٓوْجُودُہُ سٓیّدِ الْمُرْسٓلِینٓ خٓاتِمِ النّٓبِیٌِینٓ شٓفِیعِ الْمُذْنِبِینٓ أٓنِیسِ الْغٓرِیبِینٓ رٓحْمٓتِِ لِلْعٓالٓمِینٓ رٓاحٓتِِ الْعٓاشِقِینٓ مُرادِ الْمُشْتٓاقِینٓ شٓمٓمْشِ الْعْارِفِینٓ سِرٓاجِ السّٓالِکِینٓ مِصْبٓاحِ الْمُقٓرٓٓبِینٓ مُحِبِ٘ الْفُقٓرٓاءِ وٓالْغُرٓبٓاءِ وٓالْمٓسٓاکِینِ سٓیٌِدِ الثٓقٓلٓیْنِ نٓبِیّٖ الْحٓرٓمٓیْنِ إمٓامِ الْقِبْلٓتٓیْنِ وٓسِیلٓتِنٓا فِیی الدّٓارٓیْنِ صٓاحِبِ قٓابٓ قٓوْسٓیْنِ مٓحْبُوبِ رٓبِ٘ الْمٓشْرِقٓیْنِ وٓالْمٓغْرِبٓیْنِ جٓدِ الْحٓسٓنِ وٓالْحُسٓیْنِ مٓوْلٓانٓا وٓمٓوْلٓی الثٓقٓلٓیْنِ أٓبِی الْقٓاسِمِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عٓبْدِاللّٰہِ نُورِ مِنْ نُورِِ اللّٰہِ یٓا أٓیُّھٓا الْمُشْتٓاقُونٓ بِنُورِ جٓمٓالِہِ صٓلّوُا عٓلٓیْہِ وٓاَلِہِ وٓأٓصْحٓابِہِ وٓسٓلِ٘مُوا تٓسْلِیمٓٓا
Durood e Taj In Roman English:
”Allahumma salli ‘ala sayyidina wa-maulana Muhammadin sahibit taji wal-mi’raji wal-buraqi wal-alam.Dafi’ al bala’i wal-waba’i wal-qahti wal- maradi wal-a’lam.ismuhu maktubum marfu’um mashfu’um manqushun fil lawhi wal-qalam.Sayyidil arabi wal-‘ajam.
Jismuhu muqaddasum mu’attarum mutahharum munawwarun fil-bayti wal-haram.Shamsid duha badrid duja sadri’ula nuril huda kahfil wara misbahiz zulam.Jamilish shyami shafi’il-umam. Sahibil judi wal-karam.Wallahu ‘asimuhu.Wa Jibrilu khadimuhu.Wal-buraqu markabuhu.Wal-mi’raju safaruhu wa sidratul al-muntaha maqamuhu. Wa qaba qawsayni matlubuhu.Wal-matlubu maqsuduhu wal-maqsudu mawjuduh.Sayyidil mursalin. Khatimin nabiyyeena shafi’il mudnibin.Anisil gharineena rahmatil lil ‘alamin.Rahatil ‘ashiqeen.Muradil mushtaqeen. Shamsil ‘arifeen.Sirajis salikeen Misbahil muqarrabeen.
Muhibbil fuqara’ay wal-ghuraba’ay wal-Masakeen. Sayyidith thaqalaynay nabbiyil haramayn.imamil qiblatayn.Waseelatina fid darayn.Sahibi qaba qawsayni mahbobi rabbil mashriqayni wal-maghribayn.Jadd al-hasani wal-husayn mawlana wa mawlath thaqalayn Abil Qasim MUHAMMAD dibni ‘Abdullahi nurinm min nurillahi yaa ayyuhal mushtaquna bi nuri jamalihi sallimu taslima.”
Durood e Taj English Translation:
O’Allah,send prayer upon our Maste and Patron Muhammad (S.A.W) The Owner of the Crown and the Ascent and the Buraq And the Standard, The Repelle of Affliction and Pain.
His Name is written on high, served and engraved in the tablet and the Pen, The Leader of All, Arabs and non-Arabs, Whose body is Sanctified, fragrant, and pure, illumined in the House and the Haram, The Sun of Brightness, the Full Moon in Darkness, The Foremost One in the Highest Fields, the Light of Guidance, The Cave Of Refuge for Mortals, the Lamp That Dispels the Night, The Besy-Natured One The Intercessor of Nations, The Owner Of Munificence and Generosity.
ALLAH is His Protector, Gebriel is His Servant . The Buraq is His Mount, The Ascent is His Voyage,The Lote-tree of the Furthermost Boundary is His Station, Two Bow-Lengths or Nearer is His Desire, His Desire is His Goal, and he has Found His Goal, The Master Of The Massengers, the Seal of the Prophets, The Intercessor of sinners, the Friend of the Strangers, the Mercy for the Worlds, The Rest Of Those who Burn with Love, the Goal of those who yearn, The Sun of knowers, the Lamp of Travellers, The Light of those Brought Near, The friend of the poor and destitute, The Master of Humans and Jinn,

Durood e Taj.
Recitation of Durood e Taj for blessings and purification of heart,for protection from evil eyes. to avoid riots and devillishness,for recovery from any diseases,illness and sadness.
If Anyone wants to see Sayyidinaa Rasool ALLAH(S.A.W) in his dream, then he should recite Salawat ul Taj Shareef, on eleven Friday nights continuously and that too of the advancing stages of the Moon.
