اَلْعَلِیمُ
(وسیع علم رکھنے والا)
اس اسم کے بکثرت ورد کرنے والے پر اللہ تعالیٰ علم ومعروفت کے در کشادہ کر دیتےہیں۔
جو استخارہ کرنا چاہیں شب جمعہ کو نماز عشاء کے بعد (100) سو بار مسجد میں یہ اسم گرامی پڑھ کے سو رہے، مطلوبہ حال سے آگاہی پائے گا۔
AL-‘ALEEM
(‘The All-Knowing, The Omniscient”)
The Arabic name Al-‘Aleem, which means, “The All- Knowing” or “The Omniscient”, is mentioned in the Quran more than 150 times.
The root word ayn-laam-meem appears 854 times in the Quran in 14 derived forms, including:
- Al-‘Aleem: The intense form of aalim (one who know)
- ‘Allaam: The most emphatic form of the word, referring to the highest form of knowledge
- Illm: Knowledge
- Alima: To know
- Allaama: To teach
- Aalemeem: The world
The Quran uses repetition to embed key concepts in the minds of its listeners.

- Anyone who recite ”YA-ALIMU” much, Allah will open the gates of knowledge and wisdom for them. Moreover, their heart will be filled with the Ma’rifah(cognizance) of Allah.
- If anyone recites ”Ya-Aleemu” 100 times after one’s prayers, one may be able to see certain things which escaped one’s notices until then.
- If one makes a habit of reciting this Name ”YA-ALEEMU” 150 times daily, one’s mind and understanding may improve
